Most domestic orders qualify for free USPS shipping on all orders over $150. ITAR restricted items are not included and shipping charges will apply.
Delivery Times
Items usually ship from our warehouse within 3-5 days of purchase. You will receive an email from us once your package has shipped with a tracking number and a link to track directly.
ITAR items generally need 14 days to process, prior to shipping.
International Shipping
Although we are based in the USA, we can also ship to the countries within the European Union. ITAR items cannot ship outside of the United States.
Order Modifications
We understand that circumstances may change and strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
All requests to cancel an order must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel it. Once fulfilled, an order cannot be edited or cancelled. Approved cancellations will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the total refund.
ITAR-Controlled Orders:
Orders governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) require special handling and compliance. Once the ITAR form has been signed, these orders cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances. By completing and signing the ITAR form, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the order is final and non-refundable.
Cancellation requests received after the 24-hour period, or after order processing has begun, may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Solid protection for such a valuable piece of equipment. Only issue I have is the eyepiece cover pinches the rubber and doesn’t seat fully on the V2. I’m sure it fits perfectly on the V1

Got the RH25V2 thermal Cap. Perfect fit and secures nicely, without getting in the way. The caps move out of the way of the optic when in use much better than the stock rubber caps. Totally recommend this product!
This should be automatically included with the RH25. It's the perfect solution to protecting your lenses! The installation was easy and intuitive. One Hundred Concepts makes great gear!

Perfect Fit and Works great
I’ve always been happy with all their products. The cap for the RH25v2 is no exception. My order arrived quickly. It fit perfectly. Provides great protection to an expensive piece of kit. The products are not inexpensive but are great quality.
Rh25v2. Objective cap fits perfectly, ocular cap is a little too deep, it rests on the rubber that goes around the ocular piece (diopter adjustment) rather than on the metal of the ocular itself. If the bungees are too tight, it’ll deform the rubber. The body piece needed a little fitting to get it to clear the focus ring on the objective lens.
