So Briana Maietta @ customer service is what gives this 5 stars! Love the product, but like anything customer care is what carries over.
My amg 1-10x24 is a newer optic that didn’t exactly accept the standard sizing. She expedited my replacement and now my rear cap is much better fitted for the odd size. Thank you for being so cool, Briana!
The quality is just not up to par. You guys need to be using stronger materials. I understand you guys are a veteran owned company, which is the most upsetting part due to the lack of quality in the product that is supposed to be used in conditions when you don’t want your optic to be reflecting, light and giving away your position.
I purchased a honeycomb for my Trijicon, SRO and 3.5x acog. As a veteran myself, I do a lot of training, and I am not gentle with my tools at all. Still, I expected more from this product, especially when neither of the honeycombs were damaged from direct impact to the honeycombs just from reverberation.
I have used a lot of different grips over the years. BCM, B5, Magpul, But this is the first grip I have ever used where I can tell some serious thought was put into this. You guys nailed it, the grip angel, the contour for your hand, the aggressive texture. I would love to see a plug made for the bottom, the inside is perfect for holding a small bottle of CLP, a spare battery or some skittles. Keep up the great work. I will definitely use this grip on all my rifles going forward.
Solid and perfect fit on a surefire M640DFT. Compatible with fabric wrap. I appreciate it comes with two different colors of shock cord. No signs of wear after 2 range days. Stellar and prompt customer service as well. Highly recommend this over the original nightcap model.
I have purchased several OHC covers and kill flash attachments and love them all. A little pricey but worth it.
Fit, function, and durability is exceptional. If you have an optic and need a lens cover or kill flash, OHC likely has you covered…if they haven’t made it yet, check with them and it maybe in the works. Totally satisfied with my recent purchases: Trijicon RMR and Aimpoint Micro kill flashes.
Have tried a few different light caps from different companies. One Hundred Concepts is top tier. Didn't get a collar, and having to search for the appropriate was tedious, but in the end it's a PCC with the Modlite Noxon. Have used it twice in low light matches, and was perfect.
The locking mechanism when flipping up and down the attached night vision device has somehow broke off. Now causing it to freely move up and down, no clue as to how this happened. I was looking forward to try a different company other than Wilcox. Very sad as this happened within a little over 2 months of having the product without there being hard use on duty.
I like the variety of color options, since it’s not easy to find good desert colors. I went with Multicam Arid, and it’s a great fit on my large Ops Core Kevlar. The velcro scrim tabs are great and make the scrim more form-fitting.
Really like the light caps. I run a tail cap switch, so not much chance of an accidental light discharge, but wanted a cap to protect my lens when shooting unsuppressed. They fit tight but are easy to flip up when needed.
I like the fit and feel of the cap, but the kill flash grid is visible in the scope. May just be a training issue, haven’t had a chance to take it to the range yet. Hopefully it won’t be too much of a problem.
I had been looking for something like this item for a while with no luck when I stumbled upon this paracord clip from 100 concepts but it always seemed to be out of stock, I got lucky and was able to get one in my cart before they were quickly gone. so far it looks and works perfect and sits nicely on my DD RIS3 handgaurd.
-cheers
I've tried a LOT of grips, and this one is easily the best. The texture is great and it has the right amount of girth for large, heavier rifles. I wasn't sure if I would like the hand-specific shape, but it really does make a difference in control and maneuverability. I'd also like to add that my first grip arrived broken, most likely due to mishandling by our useless mail carrier. I contacted OHC and they quickly sent me another one without giving me a hard time. I really appreciate companies that still care about their customers. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Overall, great product and company.
The One Hundred Concepts Ruggedized LightCap fits beautifully on Inforce WML and WMLX lights, as well as (in my case) the shorter WML White-IR (Generation 2) models.
The One Hundred Concepts Magnifier Cap fits perfectly the EOTech Magnifier G33 and G33 STS.
After my first order of the HexCap, I didn’t hesitate and will certainly order again, despite the customs fees added upon delivery (in France).
I love these caps and how well they work and look! Buying was simple and the process was quick both times. One of my scopes wasn't listed so I contacted Briana with my scope measurements and she helped me find the right caps. I'll be ordering more soon for my new HK MR 762 A4 and new Vortex Razor. These are good looking, tough and long lasting in their simplicity.
Thanks,
James
Within my training and competition season I always manage to lose my original scope caps. Not anymore. The objective lens cap (ScopeCap Pro with Kill Flash) and ocular caps are perfect, they are extremely easy to navigate, and in my best dad voice “These thangs are goin’ NOWHERE!”
I would also like to add that the customer service team at 100C goes above and beyond the call of duty.
Stop what you are doing and just order the damn things right NOW!
The Holosun 507 ARD is too easy to knock off (it is on a TA02) but a cable tie secured it. Also the grid could be deeper (and/or a short awning on top front) for more signature reduction. ACOG ARD is good.
The ScopeCap Pro is one of the most versatile pieces of optic protection on the market. Easy to use, rugged, and field fixable for those of us who aren't so nice to our equipment. There is one on every one of my optics.
