Shipping policy


Processing Time

We do not process orders on Sabbath or holidays.

Processing time is generally 3-5 business days, but delays can occasionally occur. If you do not see any movement on your order after 5 business days, please reach out to us at cs@onehundredconcepts.com and we will investigate the status of your order.

ITAR-restricted items will not begin processing until the signed ITAR form has been returned. Processing for these items typically takes 10–14 business days. We do our best to have ITAR restricted items ready to ship, but due to the nature of the items, many of them can experience delays and backorders. Please note this prior to ordering, as back orders can cause significant delays. Orders cancelled after the ITAR form has been signed will incur a restocking or processing fee. Night vision may take longer due to the building process. 


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We primarily ship via USPS, with orders typically arriving in 3–5 business days after shipment confirmation. Paying for faster shipping does not mean that the order is processed any quicker. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, which are outside of our control.

ITAR-restricted items are generally shipped via FedEx or UPS and are subject to shipping fees. These items are excluded from free shipping promotions.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) so you can monitor your package.


Shipment Changes

If you have entered the incorrect shipping address on your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to change it, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to. We will ship to the address that is entered when the order is placed.  We recommend contacting the carrier as soon as tracking shows that it has shipped, and requesting a redirect of the package. Most carriers charge a fee for redirecting your order, all of that is processed directly through them.


Damages & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us via email at cs@onehundredconcepts.com

For lost or stolen packages, a claim must be submitted directly with the shipping carrier.


International Shipping

We currently ship to many countries and are actively expanding our international shipping availability. International orders are primarily shipped via USPS and typically transferred to a local carrier for final delivery.

Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which may delay delivery and are outside our control.
