ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) is a U.S. government regulation that controls the export, import, and transfer of defense-related articles, services, and technical data to safeguard U.S. national security and foreign policy. Administered by the State Department's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), it governs items on the United States Munitions List (USML) and applies to manufacturers, exporters, and anyone handling sensitive defense technology, requiring strict compliance and licensing for international transactions.

Lawful U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents can buy ITAR restricted items. U.S. visa holders are not legally allowed to purchase ITAR restricted items.

No. We can only ship within the United States.

Once you purchase an ITAR item such as night vision, thermal optics, etc, an employee of One Hundred Concepts will email you an ITAR form via Docusign. This form will need to be filled out prior to any orders being processed.

Once your order has begun processing it will take approximately fourteen days to prepare for shipment.

All ITAR items will be shipped via UPS 2 Day with a signature required, unless discussed prior to shipping. These items do not qualify for free shipping.

For hand selected night vision, an employee of One Hundred Concepts will email you with tube selections.

Yes! Domestic orders over $80 include free shipping. ITAR restricted items such as night vision are excluded.

Items usually ship within 3 business days of purchase. You will receive an email from us once your package has shipped with a tracking number and a link to track directly. Delivery depends upon the carrier and is outside of our control. USPS averages 3-5 business days for delivery.

Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide, with more being added!

Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship to one address per order. We would recommend placing different orders for each address.

If we do not have the model of your scope/light please send us the outside diameter of either your light head or scope. Please send front and rear outside scope diameters (This is NOT the x44 or similar attribution of your scope model).

For red dots our HexCaps are not cross compatible unless specifically stated on the HexCap product page.
