Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All domestic orders qualify for free First Class Shipping on all orders over $80.
How long does delivery take?
Items usually arrive within 3-5 days of purchase. You will receive an email from us once your package has shipped with a tracking number and a link to track directly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to the countries within the European Union.
Can I ship multiple items to different addresses?
Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship to one address per order. We would recommend placing different orders for each address.

Can I change my order?
We want you to get your order as quickly as possible, so we start processing your order right away! For this reason, we may not be able to cancel/change an order. We urge you to contact CS@onehundredconcepts.com straight away if you have any questions regarding changing or canceling your order.

How do you recommend I look after my cap?
Our products are built to last, if you break any One Hundred Concepts product, even if you run over it with your truck, we guarantee we will replace it for free.

What if I want a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If we do not have the model of your scope/light please send us the outside diameter of either your light head or scope. Please send front and rear outside scope diameters (This is NOT the x44 or similar attribution of your scope model).
For red dots our HexCaps are not cross compatible unless specifically stated on the HexCap product page.
