Refund policy


At One Hundred Concepts, your satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience an issue with your order or are not fully satisfied, please reach out to us. Details regarding returns, refunds, and warranties can be found below.

Eligibility & Scope

This return policy applies only to One Hundred Concepts–branded products purchased directly from One Hundred Concepts. Any non–One Hundred Concepts items may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval, and may incur a restocking fee.

Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
ITAR restricted items such as night vision or thermal optics are not eligible for return or refund. Please contact us if you are experiencing any issues with your item. 

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

  • Returned with original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

All returns must be requested and approved in advance. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Please contact us, we are happy to coordinate an exchange for you. We currently offer a refund back to the original form of payment, or store credit if specifically requested. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at cs@onehundredconcepts.com.

Warranty

Lifetime warranty: Each product includes one replacement if it breaks or is found defective under normal use.

To submit a warranty claim, email cs@onehundredconcepts.com with a description of the issue and your order number. Instructions will be provided after review.
