This is literally either a cheap plastic part or a 3d printed painted to look like it's not. I bought one to compare to one I 3d printed and they're indestinguishable. But the one I printed cost 10 cents to make and the one I bought here broke on my second range trip.
Making the ruggedized light cap from a more rubber like plastic was a great idea. Less likely to break, not that they did for me, and it’s a little more quite when you flip it on or off the bezel of your light.
I have a light cap on one of my firearms and this ruggedized on another. Have to say this ruggedized is certainly quieter when flipping open/closed.

Just as the title states, I ordered the wrong cap (completely my fault) sent it back with the paperwork and shipping label for an exchange. Heard nothing from them after sending an email whether or not they received it. Looks like I gave money away.

Super easy to set up, and fits a wide variety of pack sizes. The cuts work well, without making it feel like you might accidently rip something. Definitely recommend.
Well made and functions well. Just used them on a two day course firing over 500 rounds. The honey comb is noticeable at one power magnification and took some getting used to. Above three power did not even notice them.
The Eotech EXPS version fits perfect and gets the jobs done! Does not affect visibility whatsoever whether it’s scorching daylight or nighttime.
I love everything about this product. I have a nightforce that came with the flip covers and I changed them out for these instead. The hex cap to keep glare down and the cover are amazing. Easy to take off to use optic and easy to put back on
